Smart Task Manager
An AI notepad that turns messy notes into structured, scheduled tasks.
React NativeAIOffline-first
Overview
A React Native productivity app where a single brain-dump becomes an organised plan. Notes are parsed on device, grouped by project and pushed into a schedule the user can actually keep.
The challenge
People capture tasks in five different places and lose all of them. The client needed capture to be one tap and organisation to be automatic.
What we built
We built an offline-first note store with an AI parsing layer that extracts intent, deadlines and priority, plus a widget and share-sheet capture flow.
Outcomes
- Offline-first sync
- AI task extraction
- Sub-second capture
- iOS and Android from one codebase
