Overview
Students raise queries, departments own them, admins see the whole board. Role-based access control keeps each department scoped to what it should see.
The challenge
Queries were lost across email and WhatsApp with no accountability or resolution time.
What we built
A ticketing model with departments, SLA timers, escalation rules and a reporting dashboard for the administration.
